Our Mission: Ending Oklahoma's Illegal Property Tax Fraud in Indian Country

For decades, Oklahoma has illegally imposed property taxes inside Indian Country, violating federal law and multiple U.S. Supreme Court rulings that prohibit state taxation of reservation land. Despite these clear legal protections, state and county officials have knowingly continued this fraudulent tax scheme, stealing billions of dollars from landowners and illegally seizing homes and land through unlawful sheriff's sales.

This isn't just about legal technicalities—it's about fundamental property rights and freedom. If you truly own your land, you shouldn't have to pay the government rent to keep it. If the government can take your home for failing to pay an unlawful tax, then you don't own your land—the state does. That is not freedom, and it is time to put an end to it.

We are taking this fight to federal court to force Oklahoma to obey the law, demand refunds for stolen tax money, and seek justice for landowners who have lost their property due to illegal tax foreclosures.

But we can't do this alone—we need your support. Whether you're a landowner, legal expert, journalist, or simply someone who believes in justice, this fight affects you.

This website serves as:

  • A public record exposing Oklahoma's fraudulent taxation scheme.
  • A legal resource for affected landowners.
  • A platform to hold officials accountable and track their responses.
  • A way for victims to join the lawsuit and seek compensation.

👉 Join the fight. Spread the word. Demand justice.

Who We Are & Why This Fight Matters

David and Gina Waggoner

Our names are David and Gina Waggoner, and we have spent significant time uncovering one of the largest property tax fraud schemes in modern U.S. history.

We live in Rogers County, Oklahoma, where we discovered that local and state officials have been knowingly violating federal law by illegally taxing reservation land and stealing billions from property owners inside Indian Country.

This began when we investigated our own property taxes and quickly realized something was deeply wrong. As we dug deeper, we uncovered an organized effort to ignore Supreme Court rulings and federal law in order to protect the state's revenue stream—at the direct expense of landowners.

When we started challenging this fraud:

  • Officials ignored us.
  • Then they dismissed our claims.
  • Now, they refuse to answer basic legal questions—because they know the truth.

But they can't run forever.

We are taking this fight to federal court to force Oklahoma to follow the law, refund stolen tax money, and provide restitution for landowners who lost their property due to illegal sheriff's sales.

This website is a public challenge to every official involved in this fraud. They have the opportunity to prove us wrong—but they won't, because they can't.

👉 If you or someone you know has lost property due to an illegal tax sale—or if you're tired of paying illegal property taxes—join the fight. Tell your story, stand up for your rights, and help us bring these criminals to justice.
